The palette of Keralites is riddled with a myriad of explosive spices and rich cuisines. Ottupura is an ancient authentic way to experience the food of Kerala. The project in its entirety is aimed to achieve the principal of ECGL, to increase earning potential in the younger generation, connect the people to their past and society, generate new ideas to better the world, learn about the past. The curiosity to learn about the history of Kerala is fulfilled by the cultural museum .The best introduction to art is to stroll through a museum. The primary purpose of the museum is to help the visitors enjoy visual arts of Kerala.
The “The Unfolding Cloth”, i.e. the roof, with its magnus scale and dominating form, creates a landmark structure which redefines the genus loci of the prescient. A vibrant public space, transit-oriented development, innovative programming, ecological restoration and cultural inclusiveness are some of the strategies implemented in the planning of this project. The makerspaces bring the communities together to share knowledge and experience. It’s a place for hands-on learning with all the tools for creativity. This space will help the young entrepreneurs develop and materialize their ideas as well as give them a means to innovate and invent things which will go on to shape our near future and change the world.
